2. Website Use You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the Website without our prior written consent. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the Website will always function flawlessly or remain free of bugs, delays, or unauthorized access. 3. Services Our Services involve connecting you with vetted third-party copywriters (“Service Providers”) for custom projects. Services are supplied upon mutual agreement on scope and pricing, typically via written Quotation and Order acceptance.

You may cancel an Order only if the Service Provider has not started work. If the Service has commenced, cancellation is not possible, and no refund is provided. We cannot guarantee any particular Service Provider will accept your Order.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver the completed work (“Service Result”) via email or another agreed-upon method. Requested changes or revisions may incur additional costs and require updated Quotations.

4. Account Responsibilities If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information;

  • Receive communications related to Services;

  • Cooperate with our team to complete your Orders;

  • Grant us a license to use your provided content for marketing, as permitted.

You are solely responsible for the activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use or data breaches.

5. Fees and Taxes Fees are as stated in your accepted Order. All prices may include administrative and processing charges. Payments are made upfront, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing or refuse any Order. You may also be subject to additional local taxes, which will be communicated during checkout.

6. Payments and Currencies We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods in USD and EUR. Fees may vary depending on your currency and local exchange rates. Payment data is encrypted and processed securely.

You warrant that any payment method used is authorized. Discounts, vouchers, and credits are non-refundable and may have expiration dates.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks You may request a refund only if:

  • Your request is within 14 days of payment;

  • The Service has not yet commenced.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may differ due to currency exchange or fees. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks with your bank or payment provider.
